IconiQ is owned by Centrepoint Alliance Limited (ASX: CAF) a leading provider of licensee services, financial advice, investment management, platforms and lending services supporting financial advisers throughout Australia.

Centrepoint owns and operates Ventura Investment Management Limited ("Ventura") that has been providing investment management solutions since 2002.

Ventura is a licensed Responsible Entity (AFSL 253045), Investor Directed Portfolio Service (“IDPS”) Operator and Investment Manager, providing platform, managed account and superannuation solutions.

The key roles of the legal entities are as follows.

IconiQ Administrator

Ventura has contracted with FNZ (ABN 67 138 819 119) to provide the administration services for IconiQ. FNZ is a leading global provider of investment portfolio technology and administration solutions. Its technology provides flexibility and ability to directly transact.

IconiQ Custodian

FNZ Custodians (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 88 624 689 694, AFSL 507 452) has been appointed as the custodian for IconiQ. FNZ Custodians (Australia) Pty Ltd’s role as custodian is limited to holding and maintaining assets of the Scheme on behalf, and as agent, of the Responsible Entity.
